Tool # 6: Still Your Restless Mind

Understanding the power of our thoughts and using our thoughts to change our lives, is a spiritual law that has been given to us and it is a vital rule to understand and master to successfully play the game of life. The dominating thoughts of our mind will eventually produce themselves in outward, physical action, and gradually transform themselves into physical reality, therefore concentrate your thoughts on the task of thinking of the person you intend to become rather than the difficulties you have experienced in the past. Life starts anew when we choose to change our way of thinking about our life.

 

Tool # 7: Use Words Wisely

The power of our words is no longer a theory. There is scientific evidence to confirm this truth. When we speak words they go out into the atmosphere along a certain vibrational frequency and they return to us joys or sorrows according to the words we have spoken. Negative words of sadness and pain return to us more sadness and pain. Words of hope and inspiration carry a vibrational force of creative power to produce for us the beautiful lives we desire.

 

Tool # 12: Surrender

To surrender is not a sign of weakness. It reveals incredible strength and the result is not bondage to others, but freedom to ourselves. Do you need to surrender? To finally say, that’s enough. No more courses, no more self-help books, no more striving, no more struggling, no more searching… all that I need is right here. To stop searching for peace and love outside of myself and surrender to what already is. Skye talks about her own personal journey of surrendering to herself.
